1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any services provided by Tai42, Inc. ("Tai42," "we," "us," or "our"), including the BabelFish compilation proxy, the Nexus governance control plane, and any associated APIs, documentation, or websites (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Services.
2. Beta Program
Access to the Tai42 beta program is granted at Tai42's sole discretion. Beta Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue beta features at any time without notice. Beta participation does not guarantee access to future generally available releases.
3. Data Handling
Tai42 operates under a zero data retention policy. Our Services analyze execution flow structures and metadata only — your prompts, completions, payloads, and personally identifiable information are never transmitted to or stored by Tai42. 4. Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership rights to your code, data, agent configurations, and execution traces. Tai42 retains all intellectual property rights in and to the compiled outputs generated by BabelFish, the platform software, algorithms, models, documentation, and all other aspects of the Services. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of either party's pre-existing intellectual property.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tai42 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services. Given the pre-general-availability nature of the beta program, the Services are provided without service-level guarantees.
6. Changes to Terms
Tai42 reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
